Managed agent

We build it, monitor it and fix it when it breaks. You receive the result and a notification when a decision of yours is needed. No minimum term. The AI model (Claude, GPT or another) is contracted by your business directly, in your own account, and its cost is not included.

What kind of businesses do you automate in Mallorca?

How much does it cost to automate a process?
The assessment costs €1,500 fixed price. A complete automation, €3,000 to €6,000 at a fixed price agreed before we start. A managed agent, from €500 per month with no minimum term. All prices excluding VAT.
Do I need to change my software?
No. We work with the tools you already use: email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your management software, your CRM and your calendar. We only add what is missing so they talk to each other.
What is an AI agent and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent works: it is like a very efficient employee who never rests or takes holidays and does any task that is done on a computer, from reading email to preparing a quote, asking for your approval when it matters. We build it with Hermes Agent or OpenClaw on models such as Claude or GPT, and we run it for you.
Where is my data?
In your own accounts and on servers within the European Union. We can install the automations on a server of your own. We sign the data processing agreement required by the GDPR.
Do you also do smart home and estate automation?
Yes. Systems built on Home Assistant for homes, offices and rural estates: lighting, climate, access, zoned irrigation, remote pump control, monitoring of solar panels and batteries, and alerts to your phone. Fixed price after a site visit.
What happens when something breaks?
With the managed agent, we monitor it and fix it ourselves, usually before you notice. Delivered automations include a technical warranty period and you can take out maintenance afterwards.
Who pays for the AI model (Claude, GPT, Gemini)?
Your business, directly and in its own account. We do not resell it or include it in the price, and the reason is the GDPR: that way all the data your agents generate and store is in your name and under your control. The cost is usually a few tens of euros per month per agent, depending on use.
