Home / Home automation and installations in Mallorca
Local control for houses, offices and country properties: climate, access, irrigation, pumps, solar and alerts from a single system.
Useful home automation brings lights, climate, blinds, access, sensors, irrigation or energy into a system that lives on site. With Home Assistant, the main control does not depend on each manufacturer's app. The rules of the house, office or finca keep running on the local network even if the internet connection fails.
The starting point is what is already installed and what you want to solve: comfort, access, consumption, security or managing it from a distance. A site visit checks the consumer unit, the network, the equipment and the distances before proposing components or a way of working.
Every installation is built to measure, with the alerts and automations the place actually needs.
Lights, blinds, climate, access, cameras and consumption sit in one panel and run on a schedule, on presence or as a scene.
Zoned irrigation, pumps, pressure and tank levels run with their protections and raise an alert when something falls outside the expected range.
Generation, battery and consumption are watched so the surplus gets used, and an alert arrives on a fault, a leak or a power cut.
The free initial phone assessment is there to understand what you want to control and whether the case is something we do. Then the site visit examines the actual installation. Only then is a proposal defined, with a scope and a closed price, before anything is touched.
We do not publish a single price for home automation, because it depends on the home, office or estate, on the distances and on what is already installed. See the Home Assistant guide for homes and offices and the guide to irrigation, pumps and solar on estates.
After commissioning, it is tested with the people who will use it: which alert deserves to reach a phone, which scene should be simple, and which protection must work without anyone intervening. The documentation makes clear what equipment there is and how it is controlled. The aim is an installation that makes sense to whoever lives with it or maintains it.
The result is reviewed before the scope is widened, so each step stays clear and can be corrected when conditions change.
