How the published prices work, what they include and exclude, and the basic rules for working with Automatiza Mallorca. Version dated 8 September 2026.
Automatiza Mallorca is the trading name of Respira Crece Lidera S.L.U., CIF B21723531, based in Mallorca, Illes Balears. Contact: info@respira.pro. When these terms say “we” or “Automatiza Mallorca”, they refer to this company.
The prices shown on this website are guide prices and include the applicable VAT in Spain. They give you an indication before you contact us. The final price for each service is set out in writing in a proposal before any work begins, and only that document is contractually binding. We may update guide prices at any time without notice; a signed proposal does not change.
Initial assessment. A working session at your business, interviews with the people who do the work, and a written plan delivered within two weeks: a map of repetitive work, the automations that pay for themselves first with estimated cost and timescale, and what is better left as it is. If you contract an automation or agent within the following three months, the assessment fee is deducted from the first project.
One automation. Design, build, testing with real data, go-live and documentation in plain language. The exact scope and fixed price are set out in the proposal. It includes a 30-day technical warranty from go-live to correct faults in what was delivered; changes to scope are quoted separately.
Managed agent. Build, continuous monitoring, fault correction and minor adjustments, with a monthly fee and no minimum term, cancellable with one month’s notice. The fee depends on the number of tasks, volume and connected systems, and is set out in the proposal.
Home automation and installation automation. Fixed price after a technical visit. Hardware, including sensors, relays, controllers and inverters, is quoted separately and charged at its actual cost unless the proposal states otherwise.
The assessment is paid in advance. Automations are invoiced 50% on acceptance of the proposal and 50% on go-live. Managed agents are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice by bank transfer.
Accounts, servers and automations are set up in your business’s name. When the relationship ends, everything remains yours and we provide the credentials and documentation. We reserve the right to reuse generic components that contain no data or logic specific to your business.
We process data we access only to provide the service, on servers within the European Union, and sign the data processing agreement required by the GDPR. Everything we see in your business is confidential. See also the privacy policy.
Automations and agents work with the information and access your business provides, and with the agreed human approval steps. Our liability for a service is limited to the amount invoiced for that service in the previous twelve months. We are not responsible for business decisions made from information produced by an automated system or for failures of third-party services.
The assessment can be cancelled at no cost up to 48 hours before the visit. An automation in progress can be cancelled by paying for the work completed to that date. A managed agent can be cancelled with one month’s notice, without penalty.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma, unless the law provides a different jurisdiction for consumers.
